Who we are

Jobsdone is a brand of Rising Formula, LDA, a company registered in Portugal. We are the data controller for personal data sent through jobsdone.pro. Contact: info@jobsdone.pro.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: name, work email, company, and anything you write about your product.
• How you found us, if the link you followed says so (for example a campaign tag).
• Anonymous visit statistics. We use Umami, hosted on our own EU server. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you.

Why we use it

• To answer you and arrange the call you asked for (steps before a contract).
• To understand which pages are useful (our legitimate interest, using anonymous statistics only).

We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Form messages are stored on our own server in the EU and reach our team through our internal tools and Telegram notifications. Email goes through our email provider. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as Portuguese law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@jobsdone.pro. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt), or to your local authority.
